which snares are preferably. piccolos or standard snares. im choosing between these two snares:

A: Well a piccolo drum is like it's namesake flute.
It's a very altered consciousness pitched snare.
You are much better off with a regular snare with the deeper body.

Well it depends. If your rocking the full set I would go with a official drum set but if your only jammin out with a snare I would recomend a concert snare or a piccillo snare.

A: By all means, get an all-arrangement piccolo. Metal is *nasty*, and all-wood will not survive temperature fluctuations outdoors - and they are expensive, too. Grenaditte is a very reasonable...
